Anne McClure - Chief Executive Officer 

Anne McClure is Cabrillo Credit Union’s President & Chief Executive Officer. Anne’s 25+ years in the industry have helped solidify her belief in the credit union motto of people helping people. Anne credits her parents for her strong work ethic and leadership skills. Her broad experience includes time spent in virtually every department within the credit union, including operations, marketing, compliance, lending, and human resources. Anne is a strategic thinker, driven by doing what is right for the credit union’s member-owners. Anne believes in supporting the local community and is an active member of San Diego’s Credit Unions For Kids program, having founded the organization over 20 years ago. In addition, she is a member of the Rady Children’s Hospital Steering Committee and is Vice-Chair of the Salvation Army Kroc Center Advisory Committee. Anne has a Bachelor’s in English from the University of California, Irvine. She is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School and is a member of CUNA CEO Council and the California Credit Union League Legislative Committee.

Frankie Dueñas - Chief Technology Officer

Frankie Dueñas is the Chief Technology Officer for Cabrillo Credit Union. His ability to expand our informational and technological services have been an integral part of Cabrillo's success over the past several years. He has worked diligently to create and refine our online services and our diverse network of transaction databases.


Matthew Ficco - Chief Financial Officer

Matthew is a career financial professional and seasoned business leader with more than 17 years of investment, financial, and executive management experience. He has worked across the corporate spectrum from blue-chip Fortune 50 corporations to boutique private equity and venture capital firms across the globe. Matthew's core strengths lie in the business development and organizational strategy. By leveraging his professional experience and global network, Matthew has developed investment organizations, led geographically-isolated financial and shared services organizations, structured international joint ventures and acquisitions, and founded several businesses from the incubation phase to growth capital and development phase. At Cabrillo, Matthew is part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, which is responsible for developing and executing organic and inorganic growth initiatives and developing and enhancing the credit union’s financial & governance practices. Matthew has a Masters in Corporate Finance & Investments, a Bachelors in International Business & Finance, and is California-licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Dan Kitchen - Chief Lending Officer

Dan Kitchen is Cabrillo's Chief Lending Officer. Dan draws on his 20+ years of experience in the credit union industry to help Cabrillo Credit Union drive excellence and growth in all lending areas. Dan brings broad experience to this role including experience in consumer, mortgage and business lending and collections. His primary goal is to execute on the related lending functions in the credit union’s strategic plan. This includes growth in the real estate, auto and unsecured portfolios. Delivering an outstanding experience for members in these areas is paramount to the success of the credit union and its member-owners. Dan earned his BS in Business Administration (Management) from San Diego State University. He is a graduate of Western CUNA Management school and a member of the CUNA Lending Council.

Jonathan Zide - Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan Zide is Cabrillo Credit Union's Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 2 decades of Marketing and Business Development experience…including 14 years in a leadership role with another local credit union.  Jonathan’s background in Operations, Compliance and Electronic Services makes him a well-rounded member of the Cabrillo team. He has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University, and is a graduate of CUNA's Western School of Management.
