Transfer Between Accounts - Internal or External
Instantly transfer funds between your Cabrillo accounts — perfect for savings, budgeting, or moving money. External Accounts let you securely link accounts from other financial institutions to Cabrillo Digital Banking so you can transfer money, make payments, and manage your finances all in one place.
Moving money between your accounts is seamless — from your phone or your computer.
From your main menu, tap or click 'Make a Transfer'. Choose the account you’re transferring from and the one you’re transferring to, then enter the amount and timing.
- Send money immediately
- Schedule a transfer for a future date
- Set frequency: weekly, biweekly, monthly, and more
View Your Activity Once completed, transfers appear under History or Scheduled Transfers, so you always know what's been sent and what's coming up.
Member-to-Member Transfers
Sending money to another Cabrillo Credit Union member is quick and simple with Digital Banking using a simple code-based connection.
Step 1 – Recipient Creates a Code
- Log in and tap or click 'Make a Transfer'
- Select Member-to-Member Accounts
- Select the account to link
- Choose Create Code and and create our own M2M Code
- Tap Create Code to generate your unique link code
Step 2 – Sender Adds the Account
- Log in and tap or click 'Make a Transfer'
- Select Member-to-Member Accounts
- Choose Add Account and select M2M Code
- Enter the shared M2M Code
- Add a nickname (ex: “John’s Savings”)
- Tap Add Account
Step 3 – Make the Transfer
- Log in and tap or click 'Make a Transfer'
- Select Member-to-Member Accounts
- From the Manage screen select the member
- Click “From” and choose the linked “To” account
- Enter the transfer amount (e.g., $3.00)
- Tap Review, then Confirm

Bill Pay - Schedule Payments
Pay your monthly bills from one convenient spot. Add payees, schedule payments, and set recurring schedules for total convenience. With Cabrillo’s Digital Banking, you can pay you bills all in one secure spot.
Get Started with Bill Pay
Log in to the Cabrillo Mobile App or online at cabrillocu.com.
- Tap or click 'Pay Bills' from your dashboard.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions if it's your first time.
- Select Add a Payee to begin.
Adding Payees
Search for your payee in the directory. If they don’t appear, you can manually add:
- Payee name
- Phone Number
- Bank Account Info (Routing & Acount)
- Select the Account Type (Savings or Checking)
Making a Payment
- Enter the payment amount
- Select the date you’d like the payment sent
- Set up recurring payments (weekly, monthly, custom)
- Review and tap Confirm Payment
In Bill Pay, you can view all scheduled payments, review history, and mark favorites for quick access.
Loan Payments
Pay your Cabrillo loans from your account or even an external account — quickly, securely, and on your schedule. You can even pay your Cabrillo loan with a debit card which gives you a fast and flexible way to make a payment. With Digital Banking, you can make a loan payment using your Cabrillo account — or an account from another financial institution.
Start Your Payment
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select the loan account from your Accounts list
- Tap the Make a Payment ($) icon
- Choose the account to pay from
Flexible Payment Scheduling
Select:
- One-time payment
- Scheduled payments
If scheduling, choose:
- Frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
- Start and end dates
- Or the number of payments to make
Review & Confirm
On the Review Transfer screen, double-check your information, then choose:
Once scheduled, your loan payment will process automatically according to your settings.
