Natural Disater Emergency Funds

The Cabrillo Advanced Relief Effort (C.A.R.E.) program is designed for members who have been impacted by a declared crisis, either by natural disaster or man-made.
The C.A.R.E. Program has two components:
C.A.R.E. Installment
Designed for members who are periodically impacted by declared natural disasters like:
- Wildfire
- Flood
- Hurricane
- Earthquake

C.A.R.E. Personal Line of Credit
Designed for members who are periodically impacted by:
- A declared Government Shutdown
This allows our members to get pre-approved for access to emergency funds through a line of credit, before an emergency happens. This provides you with a Cabrillo safety net to fall back on and the peace of mind you deserve.
Government Shutdown Assistance up to $10,000.00
Ensuring you're ready for any shutdown scenario. Access to emergency funds can provide the financial stability and peace of mind you need to live daily. Don't wait until it's too late; apply now for Cabrillo's C.A.R.E. program and secure your safety net.
Cabrillo's Advanced Relief Effort Program (C.A.R.E.) provides unique new benefits, such as a 6-month repayment period on advances, with up to the first 60 days at zero interest. After the first 60 days, for any remaining balance, the interest rate will be fixed at the Wall Street Journal Prime Lending rate in effect at the activation date of your line availability for the additional 4-month repayment period.*
