Branch Manager – 
Seeking a Branch Manager to join the credit union’s progressive team. This is a full-time manager position, Monday – Friday. This individual is ultimately responsible for leading the branch and staff to new levels. This position includes a great deal of time working directly with members with both their loan and depositary needs. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 3 years branch experience at a supervisory level, a thorough knowledge of all products/services, excellent leadership skills, solid organizational skills, and a working knowledge of all applicable regulations. Accounting Manager - Cabrillo Credit Union is looking for an Accounting Manager for the Accounting department to be the primary contact for all staff. The Accounting Manager is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations, developing, maintaining and updating the Accounting department’s daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities with minimal supervision and direction. The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the departments procedures and recommending improvements. Also responsible for remaining current with changes while implementing processes to streamline. Consistently providing expert financial perspective and opinions in analysis.  The qualified candidate will possess a multitude of skills, such as, working knowledge of ACH and drafts, familiarity with credit union/banking accounting procedures, regulations of affecting operations, detail-oriented, as well as, excellent verbal and communication skills.  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent, and 5+ years’ experience in a senior accounting position preferred.  CPA or CA certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years with management and statutory reporting, and minimum 3 years’ experience in managing accounting staff of 2 or more.  Expertise in financial guidelines and accounting principles (GAAP). This position will be located at our Admin building in Scripps Ranch, Monday-Friday. EOE.

Assistant Lending Compliance Officer - Cabrillo’s Lending Department is searching for an Assistant Lending Compliance Officer. This candidate will be responsible for managing a Lending Compliance System designed to ensure that the institution achieves optimum compliance with all lending related credit union and consumer protection laws. Qualified applicant will have knowledge of Cabrillo’s products, services, policies and procedures. Lending and/or loan review experience is a must.  Knowledge of FCRA, RESPA, TIL, B/ECOA, SCRA preferred.  Candidate must also be familiar with Federal Regulations, NCUA, CFPB as well as experience testing and performing quality controls.  EOE

Member Support Representative (2 Openings) - We are looking for an upbeat, positive teammate that enjoys problem solving and ensuring our members have an excellent experience with Cabrillo. This position is held at the Credit Union’s Administrative office, located in Scripps Ranch. Employee will be responsible for assisting members over the phone and via e-services with transactions, problem-solving, and cross-selling products. Effective oral and written communication skills a must. EOE.
