Business Solutions Manager -
We are looking for a highly motivated forward-thinking individual that will ensure a seamless and exceptional member experience across all channels such as online, mobile banking, in-branch and mobile wallet. This individual will oversee design, planning, delivery, vendor management, measurements and optimization of digital and in-branch channels and serve as an administrator for each channel. Will perform regular User Acceptance Testing for all channels. Evaluate and provide recommendations on emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms and potential partnerships that allow delivery of an enhanced member experience. Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between factors such as cost, time to deliver, usability, system performance, and scalability. Monday-Friday. EOE.
Lending Manager -
We are looking for a well-organized leader to join our team as Lending Manager at our Admin building in Scripps Ranch. This individual would supervise the lending staff in all areas in order to increase productivity, maintain high staff morale, and comply with regulations, while ensuring excellent member service. Two years of consumer lending underwriting experience with full lending authority required in addition to 5 years supervisory experience. EOE.
Payment Systems Specialist -
This is a full-time position located at the credit union’s administrative office. We are looking for a well-organized technologically savvy individual to be the primary contact for members and staff with card related issues, knowledge of products and services, and perform card services’ accounting duties in order to contribute to the maintenance of accurate credit union records. Qualified applicants must have 1-2 years of like experience, with a familiarity of credit union/banking procedures. EOE.
Facility Maintenance Technician  -
Cabrillo Credit Union is looking for a maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our Scripps Ranch facility and 4 branch locations in San Diego County.  This position will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as minor repairs, light carpentry and painting.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds. Reliable transportation is required.  This position is Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.  EOE.
Process Improvement Coordinator -

We are looking for someone that loves to make improvements and looks for efficiencies. This individual would be responsible for the research, development, analysis, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of software applications related to Account Openings and Loan Applications. Strong communication skills are a must as you will need to communicate project information to clients, project manager, or other design personnel working with the vendors. Maintaining good working relationships with vendor(s), clients, and staff is vital. Develop and maintain complete documentation. Supports team members and ensures established goals derived from the organization’s strategic plans are achieved. Keeps management informed of status and significant problems. Communicates all enhancements and releases to organizational decision makers as well as end users. Monday – Friday EOE

Business Development Specialist -
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Federal Agencies, Sharp HealthCare and Select Employee Groups. You will need to be well organized, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with credit union departmental functions is a necessity. This position requires both local and national travel which may include the occasional weekend. Reliable transportation for local area required. EOE
