FT Call Center Representative
Account Specialist M – F position at the credit union’s Administrative office, located in Scripps Ranch. Employee responsible for assisting members with transactions, problem-solving, and cross-selling products. Banking/Credit Union experience required. EOE.

Lending Manager
The Lending Manager will be responsible for overseeing the consumer loan department, ensuring all policies remain up to date, supervising staff,making recommendations for growth, and composing and developing reports and procedures. EOE

FT Staff Resource Specialist
Account Specialist M – F position. Employee responsible for covering all 5 branches for teller needs. Individual will be responsible for assisting members with transactions, cross-selling products, and opening new accounts. Banking/Credit Union experience required. EOE.

Branch Manager
Seeking a Branch Manager to join the credit union’s progressive team. This is a working manager position, Monday – Friday. This individual is ultimately responsible for leading the branch and staff to new levels. This position includes a great deal of time working directly with members with both their loan and depositary needs. Qualified applicant with have a minimum of 3 years branch experience at a supervisory level, a thorough knowledge of all products/services, excellent leadership skills, solid organizational skills, and a working knowledge of all applicable regulations. EOE.

Vice President Lending
This individual will organize and lead the Credit Union’s Consumer Lending department from origination through servicing. We are seeking a leader with proven skills in strategic planning, loan growth, consumer lending, indirect lending, risk analysis, and portfolio management. An ideal candidate will have had proven success in leadership, collaborative management, negotiation, policy writing, working with examiners, and decision-making. Qualified candidate must be comfortable to adapt in a changing economic environment. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of financial institution experience is required. EOE.
