Director of Risk Management/Internal Audit 
The primary objective of the position is to ensure controls and audits are in place protecting the Credit Union’s assets. Oversees internal controls to insure risk is minimized. Works closely with COO to oversee the BSA program, providing subject matter expertise. Acts as Security Officer. Directs the Vendor Management Program. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Thorough knowledge of accounts, loans and services. Thorough knowledge of audit and safekeeping practices. Working knowledge of applicable government regulations. Minimum 5-7 years Credit Union/Banking Operations and Management experience. EOE.

Payment Systems Manager - 
Cabrillo Credit Union is looking for a Payment Systems Manager to manage all functions of the Payment Systems department, including supervision of card services staff.  This position will oversee and coordinate all phases of the Mastercard programs to ensure accurate and quality member service while remaining abreast of new payment technologies and making appropriate recommendations. You will be responsible for credit union ATMs and managing card breaches in an appropriate and efficient manner.
Qualified applicant must be self-motivated and have flexibility to cross over into other departments as needed. Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with a strong knowledge of Reg E and Mastercard rules. 5 – 6 years like experience required. EOE
 
Training/HR Assistant -
The position will assist with preparation of new hires, in addition to prepping for training classes to include PowerPoint and set up. Assist HR with filing in addition to tracking and reviewing timecards. Additional duties as assigned. 
The position is part time working Monday - Wednesday or Tuesday - Thursday. 8 hours a day. EOE
