FT Account Specialist Scripps Ranch Branch–
Account Specialist M – F position at the credit union’s Scripps Ranch branch. Employee responsible for assisting members with transactions, cross-selling products, and opening new accounts. EOE.

FT Staff Resource Specialist –
Account Specialist M – F position. Employee responsible for covering all 5 branches for teller needs. Individual will be responsible for assisting members with transactions, cross-selling products, and opening new accounts. Banking/Credit Union experience required. EOE.

FT Staff Resource Specialist –
Account Specialist responsible for covering at all 5 branches. M – F full time position. 40 hour workweek. Employee responsible for assisting members with transactions, cross-selling products, and opening new accounts. Teller experience required. EOE.

Digital Marketing Specialist
Are you a Digital Marketing Specialist who loves to geek out about everything digital, including: social media, Facebook / Instagram advertising, Google AdWords, SEO, Search Engine Marketing, and more? Are you looking for a career where you can put your passion and expertise to work, to help make a difference in the world? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to:

  • Help launch our social media platform and make it fun, engaging and informative
  • Manage multiple digital marketing campaigns and track / evaluate results to make recommendations for future spend
  • Work with our outside designers to create attention grabbing digital assets, to increase member engagement and product adoption
  • Keep our web content fresh and relevant

Even though you will have the word Digital in your title, we still use old-school marketing tactics too.  As a member of a cross-functional marketing and business development team, you may occasionally find yourself:

  • Producing traditional marketing collateral / assets for monthly promotions and product awareness 
  • Attending business development events (sometimes on the weekend)
  • Sending press releases and working with media outlets to spread the love about Cabrillo
  • Helping to produce awesome branded apparel / items for our online company store and for giveaways at events
  • Plus a whole lot of other fun stuff

Chief Financial Officer

Seeking a proactive executive to preserve the credit union’s strong financial position while mapping out opportunities for future growth.  The selected candidate will be accountable to the CEO for accounting, finance, ALM, financial analysis, investments, liquidity management and profitability accounting. This individual will also ensure financial stability commensurate with the best interests of members, employees and the credit union. You must possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to conduct thorough research, interpret and understand laws and regulations and provide workable recommendations and solutions to help the credit union meet its strategic goals. This individual will also have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success, a high level of integrity and trust and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an emphasis on team building and employee development is critical. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of financial institution experience as a CFO, VP of Finance or Controller is required. Previous investment experience within a financial institution is strongly preferred. CPA, MBA is a plus. EOE. Interested candidates should contact JMFA directly
