Can I change my password?
To change your password log into your account and click Settings, Security Preferences, Change Password. If you do not remember your password, please click on the 'Forgot Password' link on our website homepage to reset access.
Can I transfer funds from another institution to Cabrillo CU?
Yes! Cabrillo CU offers a free service that allows you to transfer funds between your account with us and another financial institution. To get started, login to eBranch, click on Transfers, then Add other Institutions. From there you will be given easy step-by-step instructions for the setup process.
Do you offer Mobile Banking?
Yes! Currently we offer Mobile Banking Apps for the iPhone and Android. It can be downloaded by searching for Cabrillo in the iTunes App Store or in the Google Play Store.
How can I sign up for eStatements?
It's easy and free to sign up for eStatements. Here's how:
Log in to eBranch
Click on "Services"
Review and accept the Disclosure
You'll begin receiving your regular account statements electronically. We'll email a reminder to you when a new statement is ready and then you simply login to your account to view it.
How do I download my account information into Quicken?
To download account information from your Cabrillo account into Quicken, go to the History of the account you want information from and select 'Download history as:' choose the Quicken format, and download will begin. During this step a Quicken download box will popup asking if you want to open or save the file. If you want a specific date range to import into Quicken, click on the 'Detail Search' tab, choose the date range then select the 'Download history as' step above. You may also use Quicken's One Step Update if you have your Cabrillo accounts setup in Quicken. Click here for help documents.
How do I setup a password for eBranch?
To setup a password to begin using your account online, please click on the 'Enroll in eBranch' link in the eBranch Secure Login box on our homepage. Select Enrollment Type and complete the required fields to create your username and password.
I'm unable to view my eStatements.
If you are using Internet Explorer 10, you may need to be in compatibility view to access eStatements. Compatibility view can be changed by going to Tools > Compatibility View Settings > add Cabrillo's website > Close.
Once you have changed the setting, log back in, click on Services, eStatements then on the + sign to view eStatements.
