How to Log In to the New Digital Banking Experience?

Logging in to the upgraded Digital Banking experience is simple. Follow the steps below based on how you’re accessing Digital Banking:

  • Mobile app:
    Open the updated Cabrillo Mobile App, log in with your existing credentials, and follow the on-screen prompts to get started.
  • Desktop:
    Visit CabrilloCU.com, enter your username in the updated login box, and select Secure Login. On the next screen, enter your password and select Continue. You may also choose to save your login information for future access.
  • Verify your identity:
    Enter your first and last name, date of birth, and Social Security number, then select Continue. Choose how you’d like to receive a one-time verification code (text message or voice call), enter the code, and continue.
  • Create a new password:
    Set and confirm a new password for Digital Banking, then select Next.
  • Accept disclosures and confirm details:
    Review the Online Banking Disclosure and select Accept and Continue. Confirm your contact information or make updates as needed, then select Confirm to finish enrollment.

Once completed, you’re enrolled in Cabrillo’s upgraded Digital Banking platform. After logging in, take a moment to review your accounts, balances, Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments, and any existing transfers. You’ll also want to re-enroll in account alerts, My Credit Score, and personal financial tools to regain full access to alerts, credit insights, and financial wellness features.

How do I customize my Digital Banking dashboard?

Customizing your dashboard in Cabrillo’s Digital Banking is quick and easy, giving you faster access to the accounts and information you use most.

  • Enter edit mode:
    Log in to Digital Banking and select the pencil icon near the top of your dashboard to start customizing.
  • Show or hide accounts and tiles:
    Select the eye icon next to any account to hide or unhide it. This also applies to dashboard tiles, allowing you to remove items you don’t need.
  • Reorder your dashboard:
    Hover over the three-dot icon, then click and drag accounts or tiles to arrange them in the order you prefer.
  • Save your changes:
    Review your layout and select Save. Your updates will apply instantly.
  • Edit anytime:
    To make changes or revert your layout, simply select the pencil icon again.
  • Customize Recent Transactions:
    Scroll to Recent Transactions, select the three-dot menu, and choose which accounts you’d like included in your transaction view.

With these tools, your dashboard stays organized, easy to navigate, and personalized to fit the way you bank every day.

How does enhanced security and two-factor authentication work?

Keeping your accounts secure is a top priority at Cabrillo Credit Union. You can add extra layers of protection to your Digital Banking account by enabling additional security options.

  • Access security settings:
    Log in to Digital Banking, then select the User Settings icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard. From the menu, choose Security, then select Authentication to view your current security level.
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication:
    Check the box next to Two-Factor Authentication and select Save. This adds a verification code each time you log in and moves your security level from Basic to Intermediate.
  • Add an Authenticator App:
    For stronger protection, enable an authenticator app. If you’re using an Android device, toggle Google Authenticator, download the app, scan the QR code, enter the generated code, and select Submit. If you’re using an iPhone, toggle iPhone Authenticator, follow the same setup steps, and select Submit. Once completed, your security level will upgrade to Advanced.
  • Turn on Push Authentication:
    For an additional layer of security, enable Push Authentication in the Cabrillo Mobile App. This allows you to approve login attempts directly from your phone.

Where can I view my recent transactions?

Viewing your recent transactions in Cabrillo Credit Union’s Digital Banking is quick and simple, making it easy to stay on top of your account activity.

  • View from your dashboard:
    From your main dashboard, locate the Recent Transactions tile to instantly see your most recent purchases and payments. Selecting the tile will display activity from all of your accounts in one convenient view.
  • Customize what you see:
    Select the three-dot menu in the corner of the Recent Transactions tile and choose the specific account you’d like to display. The tile will automatically refresh to show only transactions from that account.
  • Use the search bar:
    Type Recent Transactions into the search bar, select the result, and you’ll be taken directly to your most recent account activity.
  • View transaction details:
    From the transaction list, select the drop-down menu on any transaction to view additional details, including categories and transaction information.
  • View by account:
    You can also select a specific account to view its transaction history. Click the account you’d like to review, and your full transaction history will appear.

That’s it—you’ve successfully reviewed your recent transactions in Cabrillo’s Digital Banking. With Recent Transactions, it’s easy to stay informed, track your spending, and manage your finances—all in one place.

How do I reset my username or password?

Updating your username or password in Cabrillo Credit Union’s Digital Banking is simple and secure, helping keep your account protected.

  • Access security settings:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. Select your profile icon, then choose Security.
  • Change your username:
    Select Change Username. Verify your identity by choosing your preferred verification method, then select Next and enter the verification code. Once verified, create a new username that meets the listed requirements and select Save to confirm.
  • Change your password:
    Select Change Password. Verify your identity using your preferred method, enter the verification code, and select Next. Enter your current password, then create and confirm your new password, making sure it meets all security requirements. Select Save to complete the update.

That’s it—your login information has been successfully updated. Keeping your username and password current helps protect your account and ensures a smooth, secure Digital Banking experience.

How do I send a secure message?

Sending secure messages in Digital Banking is a safe and convenient way to communicate directly with Cabrillo Credit Union while keeping your information protected.

  • What is a secure message?
    A secure message lets you send account-related questions or documents through an encrypted channel, helping protect your personal and financial information.
  • Access the Message Center:
    Select the three-dot menu in the main navigation, then choose Message Center.
  • View your messages:
    From the Message Center, you can view your Inbox, Sent Messages, and Archived Messages all in one place.
  • Create a new message:
    Select Create New Message to open the secure message form. Enter a subject, choose a topic, and type your message.
  • Attach documents (optional):
    If needed, you can attach a file before sending your message.
  • Send your message:
    When ready, select Send. Your message will be delivered securely to our Virtual Service Center for review and assistance.

With Secure Messages, you can communicate confidently—knowing your information is protected and your questions are handled securely.

What are secure forms and how do I use them?

Accessing secure forms in Digital Banking is quick and convenient, making it easy to submit important requests safely online.

  • Access Secure Forms:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. Select the three-dot menu in the main navigation, then choose Secure Forms.
  • View available forms:
    You’ll be taken to the Secure Forms section, where all of Cabrillo Credit Union’s secure digital forms are available in one place.
  • Complete a form:
    Select the form you need and fill out the required information. Each form may request different details depending on the type of request.
  • Review and submit:
    Review any applicable notices or disclosures, agree as required, and select Submit to send your form securely.
  • Form processing and history:
    Your form is securely delivered to the Virtual Service Center for processing. You can view previously submitted forms anytime by selecting Secure Form History.

With Secure Forms, managing important requests—such as international wire requests or loan due date change addendums—is faster, safer, and more convenient, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

How do I navigate the Digital Banking dashboard on desktop?

Cabrillo’s upgraded Digital Banking dashboard brings everything together in one place, making it easier to view your accounts, access tools, and stay in control of your finances.

  • Dashboard overview:
    When you log in, you’ll see a refreshed dashboard with easy-to-read tiles showing your account information. Your share and loan accounts appear on the right side of the screen, allowing you to quickly review balances at a glance.
  • Recent activity and tools:
    The dashboard includes a Recent Transactions tile along with helpful tools and resources to keep you informed and engaged.
  • Enhanced account view:
    Select any account to view current balances, totals, and recent transactions all in one convenient place.
  • Manage accounts with ease:
    From your account view, you can access Card Controls, make payments, calculate loan payoffs, and print or export statements. Account details are clearly displayed, and you can return to the dashboard anytime.
  • Improved navigation:
    Use the navigation bar to make transfers, apply for a loan, open a new account, or send money with Zelle.
  • Extended menu options:
    The extended menu gives you access to additional services such as Bill Pay, Secure Forms, Travel Notices, Account Alerts, and Documents & Statements.
  • Support and profile management:
    Select the question mark speech bubble to open the Support Hub for secure messaging and helpful resources. You can also manage profile settings, including updating your username, password, and contact information, from the profile menu.

Card Controls, Alerts, & Security

What are advanced subscription alerts?

Your Digital Banking experience includes powerful Advanced Alerts for both your cards and your accounts—giving you more visibility, control, and peace of mind.

  • Access Advanced Alerts:
    From your dashboard, select an account linked to a card, or open the alerts settings from the drop-down menu. Then choose Card Controls and select Advanced Card Alerts.
  • Manage card alerts:
    Advanced Card Alerts let you receive notifications for debit or credit card activity, including international transactions, activity outside your region, or specific merchant types. Alerts can be customized and delivered using your preferred communication method.
  • Set account alerts:
    Select Accounts to manage alerts for your Cabrillo accounts. Choose an account from the drop-down menu and toggle alerts such as balance alerts, check cleared alerts, transaction alerts, or courtesy pay alerts.
  • Customize alert delivery:
    Adjust alert frequency, select the time of day, and choose where each alert is delivered.
  • Manage security alerts:
    Select Security Alerts to control notifications related to login activity and transfers.
  • View alert history:
    Use the Alert History section to view all past alerts in one convenient place.

You can access Advanced Alerts anytime—on desktop or mobile—giving you smarter notifications, greater control, and confidence in every transaction.

How do card controls work?

Card Controls are now fully integrated into Digital Banking—both online and on mobile—so you can manage your debit and credit cards all in one place, without needing a separate app.

  • Access Card Controls:
    Select an account with an associated card, then choose Card Controls.
  • Lock or unlock your card:
    Use the toggle to instantly lock or unlock your card whenever you need.
  • Manage card services:
    From Card Controls, you can request a replacement card, report a card lost or stolen, set travel notices and alerts, access advanced card controls, and set or change your PIN.
  • Use Advanced Card Controls:
    Advanced Card Controls give you greater flexibility over how your card is used. You can view whether your card is locked or unlocked, block international transactions, and set regional restrictions.
  • Enable merchant and transaction controls:
    Merchant controls let you choose where your card can be used—such as gas stations, grocery stores, or restaurants—and manage transaction types like online purchases, e-commerce, or in-store transactions.
  • Save your settings:
    After selecting your preferred options, select Save to apply your changes.

With Card Controls integrated directly into Digital Banking, managing your cards is simpler, smarter, and always within reach.

How do I set up travel notifications?

Managing your Cabrillo Credit Union debit and credit cards while traveling is easy with Travel Alerts—a simple way to let us know when and where you’ll be using your card.

  • Access Travel Alerts:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. From your dashboard, select the account linked to your card, then choose Card Controls. You can also access Travel Notices from the drop-down menu.
  • Set up your travel notice:
    Select Travel Notices, enter your travel start and end dates, and choose which cards you’ll be using during your trip.
  • Add your destination:
    Select whether you’re traveling domestically or internationally, then complete your trip details using the available options.
  • Confirm and submit:
    Verify your contact information and select Submit. You’ll see a confirmation message once your travel notice is successfully saved.
  • View or edit scheduled notices:
    Navigate to Scheduled Travel Notices to view upcoming trips, including start and end dates and affected cards. You can edit or update your travel details at any time.

With Travel Alerts, you can travel with confidence—knowing your Cabrillo cards are ready wherever your plans take you.


Payments & Transfers

How do I make a loan payment?

With Digital Banking, you can make a loan payment using your Cabrillo account—or even an account from another financial institution—giving you flexible options to pay your way.

  • Start your payment:
    Make a payment directly from your main dashboard using the tile linked to your card or loan, or select the loan account that needs a payment and choose Make a Payment.
  • Choose where to pay from:
    You’ll be taken to the Transfers page. Select the account you’d like to pay from, or choose Add External Account to pay using an account from another financial institution.
  • Select the loan or card:
    Choose the Cabrillo loan or credit card you’d like to make the payment to.
  • Enter the payment amount:
    Select a Regular Payment, Statement Balance, Current Balance, or choose Other to enter a custom amount.
  • Send now or schedule:
    Decide whether to send the payment immediately or schedule it for a future date.
  • Review and confirm:
    Select Review to check the details, then choose Confirm to complete and save your payment.

With Digital Banking, making loan payments is quick, flexible, and always on your schedule—putting you in control of your finances.

How do I make a credit card payment?

Making a Cabrillo Credit Union Visa® Credit Card payment through Digital Banking is quick and easy, giving you flexible options to pay your way.

  • Start your payment:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. From your main dashboard, locate your Credit Card account tile and select Make a Payment.
  • Choose where to pay from:
    Select the account you’d like the payment to come from. You can use a Cabrillo checking or savings account, or a linked external account.
  • Enter the payment amount:
    Choose to pay your Minimum Payment, Statement Balance, Current Balance, or enter a custom amount.
  • Select payment frequency:
    Choose whether the payment will be a one-time payment or a recurring payment.
  • Review and submit:
    Select Review to confirm your payment details, then choose Submit to complete your payment.

That’s it—your credit card payment has been successfully submitted. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your payment is complete, making it easy to manage your payments anytime, anywhere with Cabrillo Digital Banking.

How do I edit or delete scheduled transfers?

Managing scheduled transfers in Cabrillo Credit Union’s Digital Banking is quick and easy, giving you full control over upcoming payments and transfers.

  • Access Scheduled Transfers:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. From the main menu, select Make a Transfer, then choose Scheduled Transfers from the navigation panel on the left.
  • Select a transfer to manage:
    Review the list of scheduled transfers and select the transfer you’d like to update or remove.
  • Edit a scheduled transfer:
    Choose Edit Transfer, follow the on-screen prompts to update the details, then select Save Changes. Your updates will apply instantly and appear on the Scheduled Transfers page.
  • Delete a scheduled transfer:
    Choose Delete Scheduled Transfer and confirm your selection to remove the transfer.

How do I make a one-time or scheduled transfer?

  • Select your accounts:
    On the transfer screen, choose the account you’d like to transfer from, then select the account you’d like to transfer to.
  • Enter the amount:
    Enter the amount you’d like to transfer.
  • Send now or schedule:
    Choose whether to send the transfer immediately or schedule it for a future date. If scheduling, select your preferred frequency and the date the transfer should occur.
  • Review and confirm:
    Review your transfer details carefully, then select Confirm to complete the transfer.
  • Manage transfers:

How do I add an external account?

Digital Banking makes it easy to link and transfer funds from your external bank accounts, giving you more flexibility when managing your money.

  • Access External Accounts:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. From the main navigation, select Make a Transfer, then choose External Accounts.
  • Add or manage accounts:
    From here, you can manage existing linked accounts or select Add Account to connect a new external account.
  • Verify your identity:
    To add a new account, you’ll complete a two-step verification process to help protect your information and confirm your identity.
  • Choose how to add your account:
    Select Instant Account Verification to securely connect your account, or choose manual entry if preferred.
  • Select your financial institution:
    Choose your financial institution from the list, or use the search bar if it doesn’t appear.
  • Sign in and connect:
    Log in using your online credentials for the external institution and follow the on-screen prompts. Once verified, your account will be linked and ready to use.

After linking your external account, you can make loan payments or transfer funds directly from that account—making it easier to manage your finances all in one place.

How do I pay my loan with a debit card?

With Digital Banking, you can easily make a one-time loan payment using your debit card, giving you a fast and convenient way to stay on top of your loan.

  • Start your payment:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. From the main menu, select Make a Transfer, then choose Pay a Cabrillo Loan with a Debit Card.
  • Review and accept:
    Review the disclosure, accept the terms, and continue.
  • Select your loan:
    Choose the loan account you’d like to make a payment on. Your payment due date will be displayed.
  • Enter payment details:
    Enter the payment amount, then provide your debit card information, including card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address.
  • Review and submit:
    Select Review to verify your payment details. On the Verify Payment screen, you can edit, cancel, or select Submit to complete the payment.
  • Confirmation and history:
    After submitting, you’ll see a confirmation page. From here, you can make another payment or select History to view past loan payments.

That’s it—your debit card payment has been successfully submitted. Digital Banking makes it easy to manage your loans anytime, anywhere.

How do member-to-member transfers work?

Sending money to another Cabrillo Credit Union member is quick and simple with Digital Banking, making it easy to move funds securely between member accounts.

  • Access Member-to-Member transfers:
    Log in to Digital Banking and select Make a Transfer, then choose Member-to-Member Accounts from the transfer menu.
  • Create a code to receive funds:
    If you’re receiving money, select Create Code, choose the account you’d like to link, and tap Create Code. Each code links to one account, and you can create multiple codes if needed. Share this code with the member sending you funds.
  • Add a member account to send funds:
    If you’re sending money, select Add Account. You can enter the member’s account information manually or choose M2M Code and enter the code they shared with you. Add a nickname and select Add Account.
  • Make the transfer:
    Select Make Transfer to This Account, choose the account you’re sending funds from, and enter the transfer amount. By default, transfers are sent immediately, or you can change Now to Scheduled to send later.
  • Review and confirm:
    Tap Review to confirm the details, then select Confirm to send the funds.

With Member-to-Member transfers, sending money to another Cabrillo member is fast, secure, and easy—all from within Digital Banking.

How do I Send With Zelle®

Sending money with Zelle® through Digital Banking is fast and convenient, making it easy to pay people you know right when you need to.

  • Access Zelle®:
    From the main menu, select Make a Transfer or choose Send with Zelle® directly to open the Zelle dashboard.
  • Enroll in Zelle®:
    Enter your email address or mobile phone number and select Continue. You’ll receive a confirmation code to verify your account. Enter the code and select Continue to complete enrollment.
  • Send money:
    Select Send, choose a recipient by adding their email address or mobile phone number, enter the amount, and select the account you’d like to send funds from.
  • Manage recipients and activity:
    From the Zelle dashboard, you can manage recipients, request money, split payments, and view your past activity.
  • Update settings:
    You can also adjust your Zelle account settings and update your personal information—all from one place.

That’s it—sending money with Zelle® is fully integrated into Digital Banking, giving you a fast, secure, and convenient way to move money anytime you need to.


Accounts & Services

How do overdraft services work?

Cabrillo makes it easy to opt into Overdraft Services, helping protect your account when unexpected expenses come up.

  • Access Overdraft Services:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. From the main navigation, select the three-dot menu, then choose Overdraft Services to view your available options.
  • Enable Overdraft Transfer:
    Review the disclosure and select Accept and Continue. Choose the account you’d like to protect and the account you’d like funds transferred from. Toggle the accounts on—once enabled, the option will turn green to confirm your selection.
  • Opt into Debit Card Coverage:
    Select the Debit Card option, review the disclosure, and choose Accept and Continue. Then select the account you’d like to authorize for debit card transactions.

That’s it—your overdraft preferences are now set. With Overdraft Services from Cabrillo, you can bank with added confidence, knowing you have protection when it matters most.

How do I set up direct deposit?

Setting up direct deposit with your employer is a quick, automated process using Digital Banking—so you can get paid faster and manage everything in one place.

  • Access Direct Deposit:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. From the main menu, select Direct Deposit.
  • Review and continue:
    Review the Direct Deposit terms and conditions, then select Accept and Continue.
  • Start setup:
    Select Manage Direct Deposit, then choose the account where you’d like your paycheck deposited.
  • Select your employer:
    Choose your employer or payroll provider from the list. If you don’t see it, use the search bar to find and select your employer.
  • Sign in and connect:
    Enter your employer or payroll provider credentials and select Continue. Review your information and continue to securely connect.
  • Confirmation:
    Once verified, your direct deposit will be set up and you’ll receive a confirmation letting you know it’s ready to go.

How do I enroll in eStatements?

Enrolling in eStatements is a convenient way to go paperless, reduce clutter, and receive your statements securely through Digital Banking.

  • Access Documents & Statements:
    Log in to Digital Banking using the mobile app or online. From the main menu, select Documents & Statements.
  • Go paperless:
    Choose Paperless Settings to opt out of paper delivery for statements and documents and enroll in eStatements.
  • Select your accounts:
    Choose the accounts you’d like to receive eStatements for, then select Save.
  • Review and confirm:
    Review the disclosure and select Accept and Continue to confirm your enrollment.

Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation letting you know your accounts are enrolled in eStatements. With eStatements, accessing your account information is faster, more secure, and better for the environment—all through Digital Banking.

Where can I view documents and statements?

Viewing documents and statements in Digital Banking is easy and convenient, giving you quick access to important records whenever you need them.

  • Open Documents & Statements:
    After logging in, open the main menu and select Documents & Statements.
  • Find everything in one place:
    Here you can view your account statements, tax forms, and receipts—helping you stay organized and informed.
  • View a statement:
    Select the statement you’d like to open. It will generate on screen, where you can review it, download a copy, or print it for your records.
  • Return to your list:
    When finished, select the X to return to your statement list.
  • Access credit card statements:
    To view credit card statements, navigate to Credit Card Statements to access both account and credit card documents.

With Documents & Statements, your financial records are always easy to access, manage, and review—right inside Digital Banking.

How do I set up Bill Pay?

Tired of logging into multiple websites just to pay your monthly bills? With Cabrillo Credit Union’s Digital Banking, Bill Pay lets you manage and pay all your bills in one secure, convenient place.

  • Access Bill Pay:
    Open the main menu and select Pay My Bills to get started.
  • Welcome to Bill Pay:
    You’ll arrive at the Welcome to Bill Pay page—your central hub for managing bill payments, scheduling recurring payments, enabling eBills and AutoPay, and tracking your payees.
  • Accept the agreement:
    Select Get Started, review the Bill Pay agreement, then select Accept to continue.
  • Add a payee:
    Choose whether you’re paying an individual or a company, then enter the payee’s name, account number, and phone number.
  • Enter address details:
    Provide the payee’s primary address and select Next. Once submitted, your payee will be added and ready to use.
  • Schedule a payment:
    Select Schedule a Payment, choose the account you’re paying from, enter the payment amount, and select when you’d like the payment sent and delivered.
  • Review and confirm:
    Select Pay, review your payment details, then select Confirm Payment to schedule it.

With Bill Pay, managing and paying your bills is simple, organized, and built to fit your schedule—all within Digital Banking.

How do I schedule and manage Bill Pay?

Managing your Bill Pay is simple and convenient with Digital Banking, giving you full control over your payments in one easy-to-use place.

  • Schedule a payment:
    Select the payee you’d like to send money to. Clicking the payee’s name allows you to make a payment or manage that payee.
  • Enter payment details:
    Choose the account you’d like to pay from, enter the payment amount, select the payment frequency, and choose the date you’d like the payment to be sent.
  • Review and confirm:
    Select Pay, review the payment details, then select Confirm. Your payment will now appear in the Manage section.
  • Manage a payee:
    Select the payee’s name and choose Manage to view payee details, upcoming scheduled payments, and payment history. From here, you can also edit or delete the payee if needed.
  • Edit scheduled payments:
    Select Scheduled Payments to view all upcoming payments. You can update the amount or frequency, or delete a payment by selecting Delete Scheduled Payment.

How to Enroll and Use My Credit Score?

With My Credit Score, you can easily check your credit score anytime, review the factors that impact it, and access your credit report—all directly within Digital Banking.

Best of all, checking your score uses a soft pull, not a hard pull, so it will not affect your credit. You’ll also gain helpful insights into your credit overview, identity and privacy monitoring, and subscription monitoring—all in one place.

  • How to enroll:
    Find the My Credit Score tile on your main dashboard, or open the menu and select My Credit Score.
  • Accept the privacy policy:
    Review the My Credit Score privacy policy, then select Agree and Continue to enroll.
  • Access your dashboard:
    Once enrolled, your credit score will appear on the My Credit Score dashboard—your central hub for reports, tools, and insights.
  • Explore your tools:
    Scroll down to access your full credit report, score factors, credit alerts, score simulator, and debt analysis.

First-Time Login: Mobile App

If you already have the Cabrillo Credit Union mobile app downloaded, it will update automatically, and you’ll notice the app icon change. Open the updated Cabrillo Mobile App, log in with your existing credentials, and follow the on-screen steps to get started.

First-Time Login: Desktop

If you’re logging in from a computer, visit CabrilloCU.com. You’ll notice the updated login box on the homepage. Enter your username and select Secure Login. On the next screen, your username will carry over—enter your password. You’ll also have the option to save your login information for future access. Once entered, select Continue to move forward and verify your information.
