Logging in to the upgraded Digital Banking experience is simple. Follow the steps below based on how you’re accessing Digital Banking:
- Mobile app:
Open the updated Cabrillo Mobile App, log in with your existing credentials, and follow the on-screen prompts to get started.
- Desktop:
Visit CabrilloCU.com, enter your username in the updated login box, and select Secure Login. On the next screen, enter your password and select Continue. You may also choose to save your login information for future access.
- Verify your identity:
Enter your first and last name, date of birth, and Social Security number, then select Continue. Choose how you’d like to receive a one-time verification code (text message or voice call), enter the code, and continue.
- Create a new password:
Set and confirm a new password for Digital Banking, then select Next.
- Accept disclosures and confirm details:
Review the Online Banking Disclosure and select Accept and Continue. Confirm your contact information or make updates as needed, then select Confirm to finish enrollment.
Once completed, you’re enrolled in Cabrillo’s upgraded Digital Banking platform. After logging in, take a moment to review your accounts, balances, Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments, and any existing transfers. You’ll also want to re-enroll in account alerts, My Credit Score, and personal financial tools to regain full access to alerts, credit insights, and financial wellness features.

Customizing your dashboard in Cabrillo’s Digital Banking is quick and easy, giving you faster access to the accounts and information you use most.
- Enter edit mode:
Log in to Digital Banking and select the pencil icon near the top of your dashboard to start customizing.
- Show or hide accounts and tiles:
Select the eye icon next to any account to hide or unhide it. This also applies to dashboard tiles, allowing you to remove items you don’t need.
- Reorder your dashboard:
Hover over the three-dot icon, then click and drag accounts or tiles to arrange them in the order you prefer.
- Save your changes:
Review your layout and select Save. Your updates will apply instantly.
- Edit anytime:
To make changes or revert your layout, simply select the pencil icon again.
- Customize Recent Transactions:
Scroll to Recent Transactions, select the three-dot menu, and choose which accounts you’d like included in your transaction view.
With these tools, your dashboard stays organized, easy to navigate, and personalized to fit the way you bank every day.

Log in to Digital Banking, then select the User Settings icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard. From the menu, choose Security, then select Authentication to view your current security level.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication:
Check the box next to Two-Factor Authentication and select Save. This adds a verification code each time you log in and moves your security level from Basic to Intermediate.
- Add an Authenticator App:
For stronger protection, enable an authenticator app. If you’re using an Android device, toggle Google Authenticator, download the app, scan the QR code, enter the generated code, and select Submit. If you’re using an iPhone, toggle iPhone Authenticator, follow the same setup steps, and select Submit. Once completed, your security level will upgrade to Advanced.
- Turn on Push Authentication:
For an additional layer of security, enable Push Authentication in the Cabrillo Mobile App. This allows you to approve login attempts directly from your phone.

Select the three-dot menu in the corner of the Recent Transactions tile and choose the specific account you’d like to display. The tile will automatically refresh to show only transactions from that account.
- Use the search bar:
Type Recent Transactions into the search bar, select the result, and you’ll be taken directly to your most recent account activity.
- View transaction details:
From the transaction list, select the drop-down menu on any transaction to view additional details, including categories and transaction information.
- View by account:
You can also select a specific account to view its transaction history. Click the account you’d like to review, and your full transaction history will appear.

From the Message Center, you can view your Inbox, Sent Messages, and Archived Messages all in one place.
- Create a new message:
Select Create New Message to open the secure message form. Enter a subject, choose a topic, and type your message.
- Attach documents (optional):
If needed, you can attach a file before sending your message.
- Send your message:
When ready, select Send. Your message will be delivered securely to our Virtual Service Center for review and assistance.

- Complete a form:

- Review and submit:
Review any applicable notices or disclosures, agree as required, and select Submit to send your form securely.
- Form processing and history:
Your form is securely delivered to the Virtual Service Center for processing. You can view previously submitted forms anytime by selecting Secure Form History.

Select any account to view current balances, totals, and recent transactions all in one convenient place.
- Manage accounts with ease:
From your account view, you can access Card Controls, make payments, calculate loan payoffs, and print or export statements. Account details are clearly displayed, and you can return to the dashboard anytime.
- Improved navigation:
Use the navigation bar to make transfers, apply for a loan, open a new account, or send money with Zelle.
- Extended menu options:
The extended menu gives you access to additional services such as Bill Pay, Secure Forms, Travel Notices, Account Alerts, and Documents & Statements.
