If you already have the Cabrillo Credit Union mobile app downloaded, it will update automatically, and you’ll notice the app icon change. Open the updated Cabrillo Mobile App, log in with your existing credentials, and follow the on-screen steps to get started.
Simply log in from our website or the mobile app and follow the on-screen steps to get started. If your mobile app hasn’t updated yet, you can easily update it by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play, selecting the Cabrillo Credit Union app, and tapping Update.
Login: Desktop
If you’re logging in from a computer, visit CabrilloCU.com. You’ll notice the updated login box on the homepage. Enter your username and select Secure Login. On the next screen, your username will carry over—enter your password. You’ll also have the option to save your login information for future access. Once entered, select Continue to move forward and verify your information.
Verify Your Personal Info and Identity
To enroll, you’ll be asked to provide:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Date of Birth
- Your Social Security Number
Enter this information and select Continue. Choose how you’d like to receive a one-time confirmation code to authenticate — via text message or voice message. Confirm your contact source, then enter the code you receive and tap Continue to verify.
Authenticate your account
Authenticate your account by entering the verification code sent to your preferred communication method. Tap Next.
Create a New Password
Once your identity is verified, you’ll be prompted to create and confirm a new password. This will be the password you use to access Digital Banking going forward. After confirming your new password, select Next.
Accept the Disclosure
You’ll then review the Online Banking Disclosure. When you’re ready, select Accept and Continue to move ahead.
Confirm Your Contact Information
Next, review your contact information on file. If everything looks correct, select Confirm to complete your enrollment. If anything needs to be updated, you can make edits before continuing.
Explore the New Dashboard
That’s it—you’re now enrolled in Cabrillo Credit Union’s upgraded Digital Banking platform. From here, you can deposit checks, pay bills, transfer funds, use Card Controls, and manage your accounts—all in one convenient place.

Once you’re logged in, take a moment to review your accounts and balances, confirm your Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments, and check any existing transfers.
